On Sunday 22nd November 2026 join the Mahler Players in Inverness Cathedral as we continue our Bruckner series. The Fifth Symphony will be presented, following our recent performances of the Third and Fourth.
The Mahler Players, appearing once again as a full symphony orchestra, will bring this glorious work to life in the ideal setting of Inverness Cathedral. Join us for this one-off and rare performance of Bruckner’s masterpiece, last performed in Scotland in 2011.
“Maintaining tension and musicality for this duration is no small achievement, but the Mahler Players manage it with apparent ease.“
