For Debussy’s centenary year, we perform the evocative and ground-breaking Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune, which also opened our debut tour in 2013. Ravel’s gorgeous fairy-tale-inspired Mother Goose Suite and Brahms’ Second Symphony, one of his sunniest works, will also feature. All are in versions for chamber orchestra by our regular collaborator, the composer and arranger Iain Farrington. We perform in three stunningly beautiful churches and cathedrals in Elgin, Dornoch and Inverness and look forward to welcoming you.
These concerts are generously supported by HRI-Munro Architecture.
